    Director of Internet Marketing

  • Created and maintained SEO strategies for 45 web sites while increasing company revenue by 40% year over year as well as reducing overall marketing expenditures.
  • Planned and supervised key internet marketing activities including search engine optimizations, affiliate marketing, banner advertising, email campaigns, paid and organic search and customer engagement programs.   • Managed accounts that produced 99% of booking for our customer base in the U.S. and Pacific Rim.
  • Conceptualized and oversaw a web-based multi-language application to overcome the perception that the company was not cutting-edge with current technology.  The application met and exceeded all customer requirements and reduced development time by 75%.
  • Developed and created reports used to increase deployment, present to executives and to decide future direction of resources.
  • Created from concept to early beta testing a new web-based product so company could remain competitive.  A superior product was developed that reduced transaction time for clients by 70%.
  • Constructed a complete dynamic on-line events management system.  Future savings to company estimated at $20,000 a year; increased ability to efficiently manage more events; and eliminated need to re-create event registration and management applications annually.

  • Company had ineffective and non-measurable data collection. After streamlining collection methods, saved approximately $1 million by preventing the hiring of a second company to monitor inventory and sales data.
  • Directed the restructuring of the training force in Canada.  Increased sales from 88% to 161% of quota; improved training time and reduced administration time by 30%.
  • Trained 65 Hewlett Packard authorized retail locations on all retail product lines; due to this success, my team was rated the “Best Instructors” in retail by Computer Retail Weekly.
